I have defeated the kqueen 4 times, and I have no loot :S

And I did the barrows 3 times and I only got one time a loot

in real runescape u can kill graaadar 15 times and get no loot(but bones) its made this way so we dont have everyone running around in ownage items all the time. keep the server sane.
